Proactivity and organizational skills We are a growing consulting company located in Pedrulha, Coimbra, operating across multiple sectors, and we aim to expand our team by hiring an administrative assistant, preferably meeting the following requirements: Professional experience in secretarial work, including archiving and document organization tasks, as well as in-person and telephone customer service; Accounting knowledge; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.; Proactivity, organizational ability, good memory, and sense of responsibility.
