Opportunity to make an impact in a tech-driven environment InnoWave is looking for a proactive and curious **HR Summer Trainee** to join our People \& Culture team in **Lisbon**. This is your entry point into the world of HR, a hands\-on summer experience where you’ll learn fast, contribute from day one, and get real exposure to how People \& Culture operates inside a tech\-driven environment. If you're passionate about people, eager to build your first HR experience, and ready to make an impact — this is for you. **Responsabilities:** * Support the execution of HR initiatives and ongoing People programs * Keep employee records updated and help build simple reports to support decision\-making * Assist with administrative tasks like vacation tracking, leaves, and employee requests * Help communicate internal policies and ensure employees understand key procedures * Support benefits management (health insurance, mobile plans, enrollments, renewals) * Assist in managing contracts, including internships and related documentation * Provide support in insurance processes (incident reporting, renewals, coverage) * Work with HR systems, helping maintain and optimize day\-to\-day operations **Skills:** * Degree in Human Resources or a related field * Basic knowledge of Portuguese labor law, contracts, and social security processes * Comfortable with Office 365, especially Excel * Analytical mindset with attention to detail * Strong communication and teamwork skills * High sense of responsibility and professional ethics * Fluent in English (mandatory) InnoWave gives equal opportunity in employment regardless of gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital status, race, nationality, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, or any other factor.
