We seek to strengthen our Commercial Department by hiring an Event Coordinator. Main Responsibilities: \- Management, planning, and coordination of corporate, social, and institutional events; \- Operational coordination with various hotel departments, ensuring efficient event execution; \- Ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction; \- Supplier and event-related partner management; \- Accompanying site inspections and client meetings; \- Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and requirements defined for each event; \- Identifying business opportunities and promoting Group services; \- Preparing reports and updating commercial and operational records; \- Ensuring compliance with internal procedures defined by Management. Requirements: \- Academic qualification at least equivalent to high school diploma or higher in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, Communications, or related fields; \- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred); \- Strong commercial orientation and customer focus; \- Excellent organizational, planning, and priority management skills; \- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship skills; \- Dynamism, proactivity, and attention to detail; \- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously; \- Proficiency in standard user-level computer tools; \- Fluency in Portuguese and good knowledge of English (mandatory); \- Flexibility and availability regarding working hours.
