I am recruiting an **Occupational Safety Technician** to join a solid and growing company located in **Cortegaça**. Work Location Cortegaça Working Hours Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 17:00**. Salary Conditions **Compensation up to €1,500 + benefits, commensurate with demonstrated experience.** Responsibilities * Implement and monitor occupational safety and health policies; * Identify, assess, and control occupational risks; * Ensure compliance with current occupational safety and health legislation; * Conduct internal audits and training sessions; * Investigate workplace accidents and define preventive measures; * Support administrative processing of employee onboarding and follow-up; * Promote a safety culture and continuous improvement; * Collaborate with different company departments in risk prevention; * Conduct on-site supervision whenever necessary. Candidate Profile * Valid Occupational Safety Technician CAP certificate (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of applicable occupational safety and health legislation; * Civil Engineering education (preferred); * Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills; * Team spirit and proactivity; * Focus on continuous improvement and prevention; * Sense of responsibility and autonomy; * Analytical and problem-solving skills; * Willingness to travel to construction sites (same-day travel required).
