Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** ACCIONA, within its construction business line, is recruiting a Site Production Manager for the Lisbon and Comporta regions. We are looking for a Site Production Manager to provide direct support to the Site Manager in coordinating and managing on-site activities. The role involves active participation in planning, production supervision, quality control, and support in resource management.**Job Description** **Mission**: Collaborate with and support projects carried out by your business unit/department, in accordance with guidance provided by your supervisor, to execute delegated tasks and receive training in the fundamental techniques of your area of activity. They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and monitor resource usage to ensure projects are completed on time, to specification, and within budget. Common responsibilities include: managing contracts and obtaining necessary permits and licenses; preparing budget estimates; planning and adjusting construction phases; supervising subcontractors and subordinate staff or workers; verifying progress achieved and work quality throughout all project phases; representing the company in relevant matters, etc. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support the Site Manager in **coordinating and supervising production teams** on site. * Monitor **planning and execution control** of site activities. * Collaborate in **managing subcontractors**, suppliers, equipment, and materials. * Ensure compliance with defined **deadlines, costs, and quality standards**. * Guarantee, in coordination with **Safety, Environment, and Quality teams**, adherence to site regulations and procedures. * Support in **validating and monitoring measurement certificates** and production control. * Participate in **resolving technical contingencies** and implementing on-site solutions. **Candidate Requirements** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related field). **Experience:** * Junior Profile: up to 3 years of experience (including internships) in building or infrastructure projects. * Senior Profile: more than 3 years of experience in technical roles or supporting site management. **Technical Skills:** * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications. * Familiarity with planning tools (MS Project, Primavera, or similar). * Strong Excel skills. * Basic understanding of cost control, measurements, and subcontracting (valued). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Proactivity and sense of responsibility. * Strong communication and teamwork abilities. * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Adaptability and problem-solving capability in on-site contexts. *We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity.
