Collaborative work environment focused on excellence Emogis, Lda. aims to strengthen its team by hiring a Construction Manager to supervise and coordinate construction projects, ensuring their execution within deadlines, quality standards, and defined objectives. – Planning, coordination, and supervision of construction execution; – Management and coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors; – Control of costs, timelines, and work quality; – Ensuring compliance with on-site safety regulations; – Procurement management and material control; – Liaison with clients, supervisory entities, designers, and other stakeholders; – Preparation of measurement certificates, reports, and technical monitoring of contracts. – Higher education degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent field; – Professional experience in Construction Management roles (preferred); – Leadership and team management capabilities; – Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills; – Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and results orientation; – Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (knowledge of MS Project is an advantage); – Valid driver's license. – Integration into a solid and growing company; – Participation in technically challenging and diverse projects; – Collaborative work environment focused on excellence; – Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies; – Career development and advancement opportunities; – Company vehicle and all other tools necessary for performing the role.
