Job Summary: We are seeking an Electric and Manual Tools Sales Representative to manage clients, acquire new business, and provide technical-commercial advice in the industrial and construction sectors. We are recruiting for our client company: **Electric and Manual Tools Sales Representative** Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally. Experience and/or knowledge of the industrial and construction sectors, preferably in tools and related services. Experience in customer service (telephone, e\-mail, and back-office support). Proficiency in computer tools (intermediate-level Excel, multitasking capability). Responsibilities: Management of customers and distributors. Acquisition of new customers and development of new business opportunities. Technical-commercial advisory services and negotiation follow-up. Telephone customer support and management of client e\-mails. Support for hardware stores, large supermarkets, sales representatives, and end customers. Order management: creation, modification, tracking, and handling of complaints. Stock control, transportation, and dispatch of spare parts.
