Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and versatile professional for permanent integration, capable of executing and coordinating renovation and rehabilitation works, with strong on-site presence. Stable integration and potential for team leadership **Real estate investment company with its own renovation and rehabilitation projects in Greater Porto seeks an experienced and versatile professional for permanent integration.** We are looking for a person with substantial hands-on renovation experience, able to **perform work directly on site**, as well as organize, supervise, and coordinate other professionals required for full renovation execution. This is **not exclusively a management role**. The candidate will be on site daily and actively participate in construction execution. Main Responsibilities: * Direct execution of various renovation tasks; * Demolitions, preparation, and minor masonry work; * Plasterboard installation and repairs; * Preparation, application, and replacement of flooring; * Painting, surface preparation, and finishing; * Assembly and minor repairs; * Minor plumbing interventions and other tasks within their competence; * Resolution of on-site problems that may hinder or delay progress; * Daily organization of work; * Coordination of electricians, plumbers, carpenters, and other specialized professionals; * Supervision and quality control of executed work; * Monitoring of construction progress against planning and deadlines; * Early identification of material and labor requirements; * Support in measurements, purchases, and material orders; * Communication with suppliers and subcontractors; * Support in price analysis and proposal evaluation.
