Focus on premium döner and fresh ingredients **ABOUT YEY KEBAB** YEY Kebab is a new döner kebab restaurant launching in Lisbon. We are building a modern quick\-service concept around premium döner, fresh ingredients, strong recipes and a highly organised kitchen. Our menu is intentionally focused, so the emphasis is on doing a small number of things exceptionally well. We are looking for energetic, reliable Team Members to join us from the beginning. **THIS ISN'T A TRADITIONAL KITCHEN ASSISTANT ROLE** Our team is cross\-trained. Rather than doing the same job every day, you will learn different parts of the restaurant and * move between stations depending on what the team needs. * Prepare vegetables, sauces, falafel and other ingredients. * Work on the grill or fryer after training. * Assemble döner sandwiches and bowls. * Finish, check and pack orders. * Prepare drinks and desserts. * Hand orders to customers and delivery drivers. * Restock ingredients and packaging. * Receive and organise deliveries. * Keep the kitchen and customer areas clean. * Complete opening and closing duties. **EVERYONE HELPS. EVERYONE CLEANS. EVERYONE LEARNS THE OPERATION.** **WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR** Previous restaurant experience is useful, but attitude is more important. * Reliable and punctual. * Fast without becoming careless. * Clean and organised. * Friendly with customers and colleagues. * Comfortable working in a busy environment. * Willing to learn different stations. * Able to follow recipes and instructions precisely. * Comfortable receiving feedback. * Proactive when something needs to be done. * Proud of producing consistently good food. * Team\-oriented. You don't need previous döner experience. We will train you in our recipes and systems.
