Requires fluent English and Portuguese Servànt is seeking an experienced **Managing Director** to take responsibility for the operational, commercial and organisational management of the company. The Managing Director will work closely with the Founder \& CEO, translating the company’s strategic and creative direction into effective execution, clear accountability and sustainable business performance. Key Responsibilities * Lead day\-to\-day operations across the company’s locations and functions. * Take responsibility for P\&L, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting and commercial performance. * Establish clear organisational structures, decision\-making responsibilities and management processes. * Improve coordination across retail, interior design, project management, procurement, logistics, installation, finance and client service. * Develop and implement structured project management processes, including budgets, timelines, profitability tracking, risk management and escalation procedures. * Improve operational efficiency, accountability and performance measurement. * Strengthen retail operations, CRM, sales forecasting, client follow\-up and inventory management. * Develop existing managers and strengthen the company’s management structure. * Ensure consistent operational standards while maintaining the service and quality expectations of the luxury segment. * Build scalable systems and processes to support future growth. **The successful candidate will have:** * 12\+ years of senior operational or general management experience. * Significant P\&L and commercial responsibility. * Experience managing multi\-functional teams and multiple locations. * Strong financial, operational and project management capabilities. * Experience in luxury, premium retail, hospitality, interiors, real estate or a related sector. * Strong leadership and stakeholder\-management skills. * **Fluent English and Portuguese.** Job Type: Full\-time Language: * English fluently (Required) * Portuguese fluently (Required) Work Location: In person
