Participate in the digital transformation of a robust healthcare unit **AI and ML Platforms Implementation and Operationalization Manager** Lisbon | Hybrid work model Under the **RRP – Project No. 31850**, Natália Simões, Lda., the entity operating the oral health unit **Dentista de Família – Dra. Natália Simões Clinic**, located in Lisbon, seeks to hire **an AI and Machine Learning Platforms Implementation and Operationalization Manager**. We are a **robust and well-organized healthcare unit**, currently developing a **digital transformation project**, based on the progressive deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems applied to the management and operation of healthcare units in general, and dental clinics in particular. **THE ROLE** The selected candidate will **oversee and coordinate the practical implementation of various AI platforms and solutions**, collaborating with Administration, internal teams, technology vendors, and external partners. Among other responsibilities, the role includes participation in **process mapping**, identification of **use cases**, vendor **oversight**, solution **testing and implementation**, results **monitoring**, project **documentation**, and **supporting team adoption** of new tools. **We are not seeking a programmer, Data Scientist, or technical ML specialist.** We seek a **management, organization, and coordination profile with genuine interest in Artificial Intelligence**, and enthusiasm for implementing these technologies in real-world healthcare settings. **TARGET PROFILE** * Interest in Artificial Intelligence and digital transformation (preferred); * Education or knowledge in management applied to Artificial Intelligence (preferred); * Experience in project, process, platform, or information system management (preferred); * Experience in the healthcare sector or with healthcare management systems (preferred); * Ability to organize, monitor, and coordinate across multiple vendors and teams; * Strong oral and written communication skills (mandatory); * Good command of English (mandatory); * Availability to start in the near term. **CONDITIONS** * Location: Lisbon – São Domingos de Benfica; * Hybrid work model; * Base salary: €1,600 gross/month; * Monthly performance bonus; * Meal allowance: €9.50/day via card; * Permanent employment contract; * Health insurance; * Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00; * Hybrid model: typically 32 weekly hours remote and 8 hours on-site; * Possibility of a biweekly Friday afternoon off, per company internal policy; * Birthday day off; * Holiday and Christmas bonuses. **APPLICATION** Please submit your CV in PDF format, indicating in the subject line: “AI and ML Platforms Implementation and Operationalization Manager – RRP Project No. 31850” Applications will be assessed according to the candidate’s profile fit, experience, and competencies relative to the described responsibilities.
