Technical Skills: * 3 years of experience in customer service. * Knowledge of sales techniques. * Basic knowledge or demonstrated interest in wines, spirits, and other beverages (preference for hospitality-related education). * Store organization, product displays, and stock replenishment. * Basic use of cash register/POS systems and simple inventory control.
