We are a reference in the manufacturing of custom furniture and interior decoration. With three industrial units and a team of approximately 500 employees, we dedicate ourselves to creating unique, tailor-made solutions for each client. Main Responsibilities: * Ensure store opening and closing; * Ensure in-store customer service; * Respond to customers through various communication channels; * Prepare and issue quotations; * Prepare and issue purchase orders; What We Seek in This Profile: * Prior experience in interior decoration (preferred); * Experience in similar roles (preferred); * Good knowledge of English and Spanish; * User-level computer skills; * Strong communication, argumentation, and persuasion skills; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and structured work methodology; * Availability to work rotating shifts.
