Instead, we expect you to be responsible, proactive, and always ready to contribute to an organized, attractive, and energetic store. **Your Responsibilities:** * Maintain store organization, tidiness, and visual appeal, ensuring continuous product replenishment. * Participate in receiving, checking, and shelving merchandise; * Operate the cash register accurately, ensuring fast and efficient customer service; * Greet customers, ensuring they always feel welcome; * Contribute to a dynamic and inspiring environment aligned with the brand’s values; * Support the Store Manager and management team in daily routines and achieving store objectives. **Your Qualifications:** * Retail experience is valued but not mandatory — your attitude matters most; * Passion for customer interaction and interest in the store environment; * Enjoyment of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail; * Eagerness to learn, test ideas, and grow with the team; * Positive disposition and sense of humor.
