Stable professional environment PACK 2000, an Excellence SME and national leader in packaging solutions, part of a rapidly growing group, is seeking a Production Supervisor (M/F) for its plastic film conversion and rewinding unit in Sintra. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate the daily production of the rewinding unit; * Monitor operator productivity and adherence to production orders; * Ensure product quality and compliance with stipulated deadlines; * Ensure proper use of resources and maintain machines in good working condition; * Support and, whenever necessary, operate one of the rewinding machines; * Collaborate on continuous process improvement and waste reduction. Mandatory Requirements: * Completed secondary education (12th grade); * Proven industrial experience (mandatory); * Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.); * Good spoken and written English skills; * Residence in the Sintra district or neighboring municipalities of Cascais or Oeiras; * Sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in supervisory, team-leadership, or production management roles; * Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System); * Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and occupational safety; * Immediate or short-term availability will be valued.
