Our client, a leading company in the aerospace industry, is recruiting Factory Operators (M/F/D) for the Grândola area.
Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment and machinery;
- Control product quality;
- Comply with occupational health and safety procedures;
- Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets.
Requirements:
- Completion of 9th grade (mandatory);
- Experience in the production industry (preferred);
- Prior experience/knowledge in metalworking, sheet metal fabrication, technical drawing, or welding is valued;
- Own transportation required;
- Immediate availability and willingness to work fixed or rotating shifts on the following schedules: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday; 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. / 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.; and 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.;
- High sense of responsibility, proactivity, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Offer:
- In accordance with Directive (EU) 2023/970, the starting gross monthly base salary for this position is €920;
- Meal allowance of €9 (via meal card);
- Shift-related allowances (e.g., night shift, rotating shifts);
