Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. Perform machine adjustments, fine-tuning, and resolution of minor breakdowns to ensure uninterrupted production. Conduct quality control of products at various production stages, verifying conformity with technical specifications. Complete production records and daily activity reports, contributing to process control and optimization. Collaborate on organizing and maintaining the workstation, ensuring cleanliness and order in the production environment. Actively participate in implementing continuous improvements to processes and working conditions. Strictly adhere to the company’s applicable safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Requirements: Proven experience in a factory environment, preferably operating industrial production machinery. Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly. Rigor, responsibility, and attention to detail when performing tasks. Availability to work rotating shifts and flexible hours. Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade.
