Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring compliance with established quality and safety standards. Perform product packaging and conditioning, ensuring correct identification and palletization. Actively participate in preventive and corrective equipment maintenance, collaborating with the technical team. Maintain a clean and organized workplace, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. Collaborate with the team to resolve issues and optimize production processes. Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices, guaranteeing food quality and safety. Requirements: Minimum educational qualification: 9th grade. Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night). Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and proactivity. Ability to work in a team and meet production deadlines. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety (preferred). Residence near Pombal or own transportation. Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts 08:00–16:00; 16:00–00:00; 00:00–08:00.
