Production line conductor, ensuring product compliance We are seeking a new member for the Plasoeste family — a company with over 30 years of experience in plastic processing. Your responsibilities will include: - Programming, adjusting, and fine-tuning production machinery — you’ll be the conductor of the production line!; - Performing production tasks following manufacturing instructions and technical sheets; - Carefully verifying product compliance; - Ensuring quality procedures are consistently followed. Requirements: - Completion of 9th grade; - Factory environment experience — we know you’re already an expert!; - Personal vehicle; - Availability for rotating shifts: 08:00–16:00 / 16:00–00:00 / 00:00–08:00; - Residence in the Mafra area — preferred, as we value your convenience. What we offer: - Monthly salary of €1,242: €920 base salary + €322 (35%) shift allowance — because we recognize your effort!; - Meal allowance of €9.60 — to keep your energy levels high; - Attendance bonus of €100 after three months — your dedication pays off!; - Three days off after five consecutive working days — because we know rest is essential.
