**Purpose of the Role:**
Ensure planning, control, and monitoring of construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality, through the development of detailed plans, deviation analysis, and support for decision-making by management and production teams.
#### **Profile**
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Develop detailed schedules, considering the overall work plan defined for each project;
* Forecast logistical requirements and support procurement planning;
* Update planning weekly/monthly according to actual project progress;
* Monitor actual vs. planned progress; identify deviations;
* Support management in defining corrective actions when delays or constraints occur;
* Participate in site meetings for status updates and priority alignment;
* Collaborate in implementing Lean Construction methodologies.
**Candidate Profile We Are Seeking:**
* Higher education degree in Civil Engineering;
* Minimum professional experience of 3 to 5 years in planning or project management within the Civil Construction sector;
* Field experience is highly valued;
* Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers (OE) or the Technical Engineers’ Order (OET) (preferred);
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or equivalent) for schedule development and management;
* Knowledge of CCS (preferably modules related to measurement, budgeting, and cost control);
* Solid understanding of construction processes and applicable standards;
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
* Good English language skills (preferred);
* Strong results orientation and cost control;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Analytical, proactive profile with a high sense of responsibility.
