The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes **consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services** **Job Description** * Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams * Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data‑model diagrams) * Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog, data dictionary, process maps, test plans) * Facilitate test planning by participating in design test cases * Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports and reviews * Identify improvement opportunities in the transversal framework, propose enhancements * Collaborate with the ETL development team to design optimal data‑flow and transformation logic * Define, implement, and maintain the data‑quality framework (rules, thresholds, validation checks) **Qualifications** * Strong knowledge of the **banking and financial services sector**. * Experience with **Agile project management tools** such as Jira and Azure DevOps, including backlog management, user stories, traceability, and requirements tracking. * Understanding of **data migration projects** and large\-scale data manipulation and aggregation. * Solid **SQL** skills, particularly with **Oracle databases**. * Experience in **PL/SQL development**. * Fluent in **Portuguese** and **English (C level)**; French is a plus.
