We are recruiting Assembly Operators for the Footwear Industry. We seek dedicated professionals with rigor and passion for their work to join a leading company in the footwear industry. Key Responsibilities: - Perform operational tasks across various stages of footwear production (assembly, gluing, sewing, finishing, quality control, etc.); - Meet the brand’s defined quality and productivity standards; - Maintain organization, safety, and cleanliness at the workstation; - Collaborate proactively with colleagues and supervisors. Your Profile: - Previous experience in an industrial setting, preferably in the footwear industry; - Sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and rigor; - Ability to work in a team and adapt to different tasks; - Availability to work two fixed shifts from Monday to Friday: 05:50–13:45 or 14:15–22:10.
