Opportunity for professional advancement Assembly Operator — GRUPO FIR   GRUPO FIR seeks to hire an Assembly Operator to join its operational team, ensuring assembly, installation, and implementation of projects in commercial spaces, events, exhibition stands, and other brand-related contexts. We are looking for a responsible, practical, and flexible individual with prior experience or aptitude for on-site work, strong execution capability, and availability to participate in projects both in Portugal and abroad.   Main Responsibilities - Assembly and disassembly of structures, furniture, display units, exhibition stands, and other elements; - Assembling components and preparing parts for installation; - Supporting the installation of materials in commercial spaces, events, and trade fairs; - Loading, unloading, organizing materials, and providing logistical support; - Proper use and maintenance of tools, equipment, and work materials; - Supporting production, logistics, and implementation teams; - Adherence to safety, quality, and deadline requirements; - Basic verification of completed work, ensuring organization and care in delivery.   Required Profile - Prior experience in assembly, production, events, exhibition stands, furniture, construction, renovations, or similar fields; - Physical work capacity and enthusiasm for operational tasks; - Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and commitment; - Ability to work effectively in a team; - Autonomy, practical mindset, and on-site problem-solving ability; - Availability for domestic and international travel; - Availability for day, night, and weekend work, as required by projects; - Valid driver's license.   Terms & Conditions - Base salary between €1,000 and €1,300, depending on candidate’s experience and profile; - Integration into a growing company; - Participation in national and international projects; - Opportunity for professional advancement.   Work Location - Vagos / Oliveira do Bairro / Anadia, with frequent travel depending on project requirements.   Application Procedure - Send CV referencing “Assembly Operator”.   By submitting your application, you authorize the processing of your personal data exclusively for recruitment purposes, in accordance with applicable legislation.
