Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group NEYA Hotels is recruiting a Second Receptionist to reinforce its Lisbon team on a full-time basis. NEYA Hotels distinguishes itself through its commitment to sustainability, sound management practices, environmental responsibility, energy efficiency, and sustainable tourism, aiming to integrate professionals focused on service quality and customer experience. **Responsibilities:** Perform check-ins and check-outs; Carry out general hotel front desk duties; Process and handle reservations; Provide guests with guidance on hotel services and city information; Ensure professional, friendly, and customer satisfaction-oriented service; Perform other tasks inherent to the role. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role; Advanced level of English; Availability to work rotating shifts; Availability to work night shifts; Strong sense of responsibility; Good communication and customer service skills; Professional demeanor and service quality orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** Education in Hospitality or Tourism; Training in Host operations; Knowledge of additional languages. **Offer:** Full-time employment; Salary between €975 and €1,050, commensurate with proven experience; Integration into a solid and expanding hotel group; Access to NEYA Hotels and partner benefits and discounts; Free internal training academy; Meal allowance and in-kind meals; An extra vacation day on the employee's birthday; Baby kit for new parents; Three additional vacation days after one year of service; Health insurance plan. **Application:** Applications must be submitted via the platform indicated in the job posting.
