Passion for working in the kitchen and appreciation for vegan cuisine A vegan restaurant located in downtown Porto is seeking a member for its kitchen team. Responsibilities: \- Pre-preparation of raw materials following recipes and technical sheets \- Mise en place \- Service: Cooking, plating, and/or finishing \- Ensure no stockouts of raw materials and ingredients \- Perform quality control of food and ingredients \- Storage and organization of goods \- Cleaning, sanitization, and organization of the workplace \- Carry out other tasks related to the position as needed (cleaning, pantry work, etc.) Requirements: \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles \- Knowledge/appreciation of vegan cuisine \- Willingness to learn \- Passion for working in the kitchen \- Punctuality, attendance, and professionalism \- Organizational skills \- Initiative, agility, and efficiency in work \- Communication skills and ability to work in a team \- Flexibility in working hours Conditions: \- Full-time schedule (2 shifts per week) \- 2 days off per week \- Rotating shifts \- Net salary of €1100 (base salary + meal allowance + 13th and 14th month payments) \- Meal included during shift \- Light, collaborative environment with a spirit of mutual support \- Opportunity for growth and career development Payment: €1,100.00 per month Work Location: On-site
