Process optimization and cost control **Nortempo Seleção** is currently recruiting for the position of **Procurement and Logistics Manager**, in collaboration with a renowned client located in **Porto.** We seek a dynamic profile with procurement and negotiation experience, eager to play an active role in process optimization and strategic procurement management. **Description:** * Negotiation and management of national and international suppliers; * Strategic management and follow-up of technical procurement; * Logistics coordination related to projects; * Cost control and margin optimization; * Implementation of improvements in existing processes. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred); * Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or similar roles; * Good command of English; * Strong negotiation skills and results orientation; * Practical mindset with problem-solving ability; * Organized, rigorous, and efficiency-focused. **Offer:** * Contract directly with the client company; * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Base Salary (14 months) \+ Meal Allowance (€10.46) \+ possibility of variable component; * Hybrid work arrangement; * Integration into a solid and expanding organization.
