




Job Summary: We are seeking a bar and café professional to join the team of a new non-alcoholic bar focused on wellness and longevity, participating in menu creation and floor service. Riverside terrace, two bars, approximately 100 seats. This listing is published via MOM’s page, a sister project of Teja. **What You'll Do** Bar and café — functional mocktails, cold\-press juices, kombuchas, specialty coffee, infusions. You’ll work side by side with our mixologist on menu development and execution, and also support floor service when needed. You'll work alongside our mixologist on menu development and execution, and support floor service when needed. No rigid lines between positions — we're a small team that covers for each other. **Who we're looking for** * Experience behind a bar **and** behind an espresso machine (speciality coffee, latte art a plus) * Genuine interest in non\-alcoholic drinks, longevity and wellness — you don't need prior NA experience; you need the drive to build that expertise * Fluent Portuguese and English (other languages welcome) * Comfortable in high\-standard service (4–5\*) with a relaxed attitude — no stiffness, just care * Creative, curious, and enjoys testing and iterating * Flexible with schedule and rotating days off **What we offer** * Join the **pre\-opening and opening team** — you'll help build the operational foundations of the project * Clear **internal promotion path** as we grow * Work on a concept different from anything that exists in Lisbon * Full\-time contract **Starting Date:** early July, opening 17th July.
