




Job Summary: GrupoTOP is strengthening its IT department by hiring an IT Helpdesk professional to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide user support, and stay up to date with emerging technologies. Therefore, we are **strengthening our shared IT department with an IT Helpdesk position.** **What we are looking for:** * Degree in Networking and/or Microsoft certification; * Experience in IT Helpdesk or similar role; * Experience in network/networking management; * Solid knowledge of hardware and software; * Knowledge of Microsoft servers and Google Workspace (preferred); * Knowledge of Service Management (ITIL and/or COBIT — preferred); * Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies; * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; * Strong communication and problem-solving skills; * Retail experience is highly valued; * Spanish language proficiency (preferred). **Main Responsibilities:** * Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks; * Provide user support via phone, email, and chat; * Document issues and solutions; * Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams; * Stay up to date with the latest technologies. **What we offer:** * A dynamic and challenging work environment; * Integration into a young and curious team; * Professional stability; * Opportunity to grow and develop.
