Preparation of studies and supervision of construction works **Offer Code:**OE202606/1266 **Offer Type:**Open Competitive Recruitment Procedure **Status:**Active **Organizational Level:**Municipal Councils **Agency/Service:**Almada Municipal Council **Employment Relationship:**Indefinite-term Contract for Public Functions (CTFP) **Regime:**General Careers **Career:**Senior Technician **Category:**Senior Technician **Complexity Level:**3 **Remuneration:**€1,499.15 (or the corresponding reference position will match that held in the original category) **Monthly Supplement:**€0.00 **Job Description:**SENIOR TECHNICIAN (ELECTRICAL OR ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING) \- Duties to be performed, in addition to those stipulated in the Annex referred to in Article 88, paragraph 2 of the General Law on Public Employment, approved by Law No. 35/2014 of 20 June (hereinafter referred to as GLPEP), consist of performing functions corresponding to the functional description of the Senior Technician category, including the following activities: * Conduct electricity-related studies and/or provide technical opinions on such studies; * Prepare technical opinions regarding installations and/or equipment; * Design and oversee maintenance plans for various municipal equipment, notably air conditioning systems, domestic hot water systems, energy generation systems, elevators, electrical panel maintenance, transformer substations, and electrical installations, among others; * Design solutions and promote their implementation through internal workshops or by preparing tender documents for outsourcing services; * Execute projects in the field of electricity; * Supervise construction works across the various domains outlined above; * Establish cost estimates, budgets, work plans, and specifications for construction works, indicating required materials and other necessary equipment; * Ensure cadastral updates for supervised works and/or those falling within one’s area of competence; * Draft technical standards or guidelines to support/improve operations; * Plan and manage requirements for goods and services necessary for carrying out municipal equipment maintenance service activities; * Collaborate in implementing the Integrated Management System in applicable domains (quality, environment, safety, asset management, or others); * Collaborate in designing and developing performance indicators for carried-out activities; * Submit feasibility requests for potential energy meter connections to competent authorities; * Prepare procurement procedures for goods and services in accordance with the Public Contracts Code. **Workplace** **Number of Positions** **Address** **Locality** **Postal Code** **District** **Municipality** Almada Municipal Council 1 Largo Luís de Camões Almada 2800158 ALMADA Setúbal Almada **Total Number of Positions:**1 **Quota for Persons with Disabilities:**0
