We are currently expanding our commercial team in Porto and Gaia and are looking for ambitious, communicative individuals eager to build a career with real growth potential. This opportunity is intended for candidates who wish to develop commercial and leadership skills, work towards clear targets, and join a solid project offering progression prospects and above-average earnings. Role: Present Endesa energy solutions to individual and corporate clients; Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions; Manage and follow up on one’s own client portfolio; Ensure professional support throughout the entire process; Contribute to team growth and achievement of commercial objectives. Terms and Compensation: Paid training; Base salary + attractive commission plan; Performance-based bonuses and incentives; Potential for above-average earnings. Our sales professionals earn, on average, between €1,000 and €2,500 per month, with top performers consistently exceeding €3,000 monthly.
