Job Summary: Drive business growth through partner and customer development, account management, and manufacturer relationship management. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and develop customer accounts, promoting new business and customer retention. 2. Increase market share with assigned manufacturers. 3. Develop and maintain key relationships with customers, partners, and manufacturers. **Role Objective:** Drive growth of a specialized business line through partner and customer development, strategic account management, and manufacturer relationship management. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and develop small- and medium-sized customer accounts, promoting new business, profitability, and customer retention. * Increase TD SYNNEX’s market share with assigned manufacturers. * Develop and execute business plans aligned with manufacturers’ strategic objectives. * Manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, major opportunities, and commercial negotiations. * Promote manufacturers’ solutions internally and externally, ensuring alignment with customer needs. * Contribute to pricing, sales, procurement, and go\-to\-market strategies. * Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturer teams to implement growth initiatives. * Develop and maintain key relationships with customers, channel partners, and manufacturers. * Support people management and development, where applicable. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience * 1–3 years of experience in IT, preferably in business development, sales, partner/manufacturer management, or product marketing. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. * Experience in account management, business development, and solution selling. * Ability to identify and qualify business opportunities and develop growth plans. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships in matrixed environments. * Self-motivated, results-oriented profile with strong execution capability. * High emotional intelligence and ability to influence senior decision-makers. * Strong business acumen, decision-making ability, and operational discipline. **At TD SYNNEX, our values guide everything we do:** Together, We Own It, We Dare to Go, We Grow and Win, and above all, We Do the Right Thing.
