As a **TFP Mentor**, you will join, for **2 years**, an **educational community** embedded in a context of vulnerability, supporting teachers and developing projects that foster greater opportunities for students. **We want you to apply your expertise in fields such as Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or Technology in a new role: TFP Mentor.** You will help children from disadvantaged backgrounds simplify mathematics, explore scientific thinking, and develop essential skills—gaining contextual knowledge **that you can later apply in innovation, research, education, or social impact projects.** **What We Offer?** * A two-year formative, professional, and paid Leadership Development Program; * Gross remuneration of €29,000, distributed across the 22-month full-time contract; * +300 hours of training, including four weeks of initial intensive residential training (theoretical and practical); * Individualized pedagogical and leadership mentoring by a pedagogical tutor; * Internal and external job shadowing: opportunity to explore other contexts related to education or social impact during the summer break between the two program years; * Career mentoring; * Benefits policy (in accordance with organizational agreements); * Real and direct impact both inside and outside the classroom. **This Program Is Right for You If:** * You possess these five competencies: Alignment with TFP’s mission and vision; Growth mindset; Collaboration; Constructive discontent; Emotional intelligence. * You hold a completed undergraduate degree by September 2026; * You have geographic availability for the regions where we are recruiting; * You are fluent in Portuguese and have an intermediate level of English; * You aim to contribute long-term to Education, Social Economy, Public Policy, or related fields through your career. **Be part of the change!** It all starts with you.
