**Organizational Context:**
A Portuguese company with strong international presence and over 50 years of history is seeking a receptionist. Your mission will be to ensure the first stage of our operational chain, guaranteeing flawless execution of daily routines in a technically specialized environment.
**Clear Responsibilities:**
* **Flow Management:** Accurately screen and direct calls and visitors.
* **Mail Control:** Register correspondence according to current protocol.
* **Space Maintenance:** Ensure organization of the reception area and meeting rooms.
* **Data Processing:** Enter information into the system with due diligence.
* **Document Organization:** Archive and catalog documents for organizational access.
* **Meeting Logistics:** Prepare meeting rooms and required technical resources.
* **Corporate Communication:** Draft correspondence and e\-mails with grammatical accuracy.
* **Administrative Support:** Provide technical support to the Commercial and Production Departments, particularly in preparing proposals and budgets.
* **Fleet Management:** Monitor vehicle maintenance, inspections (IPO), fuel consumption, and allocation of vehicles, keys, and vans.
* **Insurance Management:** Monitor general policies, occupational accident insurance, and professional civil liability insurance.
* **Accommodation Management:** Coordinate lodging reservations for technical teams deployed to construction sites.
**Required Profile:**
* Strict punctuality and full attendance.
* Ability to follow instructions, procedural manuals, and safety regulations.
* Proficiency in computer tools (Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel) and ease in using management software.
* Clear, direct, objective communication and appropriate terminology for the engineering/construction sector.
* Organizational ability under strict confidentiality rules for public or private tender projects.
* Proactivity and high attention to detail.
* Proven experience in administrative support or secretarial roles (preference for companies in engineering, laboratories, or construction).
* Work Mode: Full-time, in-person, Monday to Friday.
