Focus on fleet safety and continuity We are recruiting a Maintenance Manager (M/F/D) for a company in Estarreja, with the following responsibilities: - Plan, coordinate, and supervise road maintenance interventions - Ensure continuous coordination with the Traffic Manager to align operational requirements, vehicle availability, and service priorities - Record and update all operational and technical information in internal systems - Ensure efficient and rational operational management of technical and human resources - Identify, map, and prioritize preventive and corrective maintenance needs, promoting fleet continuity and safety - Manage contracts related to vehicles, equipment, and external services Requirements: - Knowledge in mechanics, transportation, and route planning - Availability and flexibility in working hours, according to operational needs - Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and professional commitment - Ability to effectively manage high-pressure situations while maintaining focus on problem resolution - Good decision-making ability in operational contexts - Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse teams and stakeholders Conditions: - Negotiable salary - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3 daytime shifts (ending at 6 PM, 7 PM, or 8 PM) - Direct contract with client - Immediate start
