Monitoring and analysis of operational indicators **PURPOSE OF POSITION** ----------------------- Manage and supervise teams within your area of responsibility, ensuring achievement of company-defined objectives and policies in alignment with the established strategy, and guaranteeing required quality and productivity levels, always with a continuous improvement mindset. **MAIN TASKS** -------------- * Manage the team within your area of responsibility, supervising employees’ on-site activities, ensuring compliance with current standards and procedures, and intervening when necessary (e.g., in case of incidents or anomalies), to achieve established objectives. * Coordinate available technical, material, and human resources to ensure effective execution of the current Maintenance Plan, guaranteeing service levels both quantitatively and qualitatively. * Monitor and ensure execution of the company’s maintenance plan so that all facilities, machines, and equipment operate correctly, safeguarding continuous and efficient production processes while minimizing downtime and repair costs. * Plan and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure proper operation of industrial machinery and equipment, safeguarding operational safety and efficiency. * Coordinate assigned teams by training, developing, motivating, and managing human capital to ensure effective execution of company activities. * Monitor and coordinate external suppliers and service providers related to maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with company requirements regarding technical specifications, quality, safety, environment, and deadlines. * Monitor and analyze operational indicators related to your team’s activities, implementing preventive and corrective measures whenever justified, to achieve objectives set by company management. * Participate in implementing new products, processes, and work methods within your area of responsibility, as required and in accordance with company strategic guidelines. * Maintain equipment and tools (machines and resources available to your team), requesting necessary interventions to ensure their proper functioning and correct usage by on-site teams (adherence to work and safety instructions), thereby keeping them continuously operational. * Participate in defining, planning, and implementing new projects within your areas of responsibility and/or the company in general and the Geberit Group. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION** ------------------------------- High school diploma (12th grade), preferably complemented by higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or other fields relevant to performing the role), and/or vocational-technical courses in Industrial Maintenance
