ROLE: Support the sales team in following up with clients and business opportunities. Contact B2B prospects to present and promote our services. Manage lead follow-up and keep CRM information updated. Prepare commercial proposals and support the sales process. Accompany clients throughout the entire commercial cycle. Collaborate with different departments to ensure excellent customer service. Provide administrative support for commercial operations. REQUIREMENTS: Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers. Organized, dynamic profile with a strong sense of responsibility. Goal-oriented and willing to learn. Team spirit. Good user-level computer skills. Experience in administrative, sales, or customer support roles will be considered an advantage.
