Realty ONE Group is a North American brand distinguished by its innovative mindset and disruptive approach to the real estate sector. In Portugal, we continue to grow and challenge market standards, seeking someone who can transform new agencies into high-performing operations from day one. The Challenge We are looking for a Network Training and Integration Manager to ensure each new ONE agency launches with stability, strategic clarity, and the right competencies to grow. The mission is clear: shorten the learning curve for new franchisees and their teams, ensuring adoption of the brand’s tools, culture, and processes. Responsibilities * Onboarding and integration support for new agencies. * Design and delivery of initial and ongoing training programs for agency directors, brokers, and consultants. * Assessment of each agency’s training needs and development of customized growth plans. * Monitoring of integration and performance KPIs during the first 6–12 months of operation. * Close collaboration with the Operations and Expansion team to ensure smooth transition from franchisee recruitment to agency launch. What We’re Looking For * Minimum 3 years’ experience in the real estate sector, preferably in an agency setting. * Proven experience in training, recruitment, or team coordination within a real estate brokerage. * Understanding of the real estate brokerage business model and the consultant lifecycle. * Strong communication skills—clear, pedagogical, and focused on human development. * Structured, proactive profile with strong sense of responsibility. * Proficiency in and ability to integrate AI-powered tools. * Experience in real estate franchise networks is highly valued.
