Boost sales and conversion rate Fixed-term contract (CDD) Weekly Working Hours: 30 hours 2790\-045 CARNAXIDE, Portugal **Our store is recruiting a Multiskilled Sales Associate.** **Your in-store responsibilities within the team:** **\- Provide each customer with a unique in-store experience:** * Greet each customer warmly * Support and retain customers throughout their in-store journey and pleasure purchases * Offer Maison du Monde services to our customers (Alma, Rhinov…) * Handle cash transactions in compliance with procedures **\- Style your store** * Participate in deliveries, restocking, and product and new theme placements to enhance our collections * Implement our merchandising plan to inspire our customers **\- Be an active contributor to your store’s success** * Understand your store’s commercial KPIs and jointly apply action plans with managers and the team to achieve targets * Boost sales and conversion rate **\- Be a brand ambassador / Promote and embody brand values** * Be a brand ambassador and representative (know the company’s projects, share them with customers, etc.) **Profile:** If you share our values of optimism, creativity, commitment, and proximity, join us!
