Integration into a rapidly expanding company #### **About the Construction Director (M/F) Role** Our client company is currently undergoing rapid expansion and is reinforcing its team with a **Senior Civil Engineer**, with solid experience in **Construction Management**, to assume a technically responsible role in managing high-demand projects, including public contracts. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical management of public works projects, from inception through to completion; * Planning, coordination, and monitoring of work execution; * Management and coordination of technical and operational teams on site; * Coordination and monitoring of suppliers and subcontractors; * Liaison with clients, supervisory bodies, and other involved parties; * Monitoring compliance with **deadlines, costs, quality, and technical requirements**; * Ensuring compliance with safety standards and applicable regulations; * Analysis and monitoring of engineering designs and technical solutions; * Identification and resolution of on-site problems and unforeseen issues; * Preparation and monitoring of technical documentation associated with the contract; * Participation in defining and implementing strategies for company growth in the field of **public works**. ### **Required Profile** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Civil Engineering**; * Minimum of **5 years’ professional experience in Construction Management roles**; * Valid registration with the **Order of Engineers**; * Experience in **public works** and knowledge of the **Public Contracts Code** will be considered advantageous; * Proficiency in **AutoCAD and MS Project**; * Leadership, organizational, and team management capabilities; * Strong sense of responsibility, autonomy, and decision-making ability; * Good communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders; * Valid driver’s license. ### **What We Offer** * Integration into a **growing company**, participating in flagship projects; * Technical autonomy and responsibility from day one; * Integration into a dynamic and professional team; * Employment contract, with terms negotiable according to demonstrated experience and competencies;
