Job Summary: We are seeking a Packaging Operator for beer production, focused on filling operations, equipment maintenance, and warehouse organization, with problem-solving aptitude. Opportunity to learn about beer production and packaging Packaging Operator Dois Corvos is looking for a team member for the packaging area, with proficiency in handling machinery and strong problem-solving skills. This position will focus on all aspects related to bottling, kegging, and canning our beers, as well as warehouse organization, cleaning and disinfection tasks, and general equipment maintenance. Ability to identify and resolve equipment issues, as well as coordinate repairs when necessary. Candidates should be interested in learning about all aspects of beer production and packaging and conditioning operations. Strong time and task organization skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and willingness to assist wherever needed. Key responsibilities and duties include: * Clean, set up, and operate filling equipment (can filler and bottle filler) and labeling equipment * Handle and operate kegging equipment * Identify issues, perform maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of equipment * Ensure packaged product quality and report any QC failures to the supervisor * Perform CIP (clean-in-place) procedures on fermenters * Keep the factory clean and organized * Be responsible for personal safety and the safety of other team members Requirements and Qualifications: * Good communication skills * Knowledge and experience using tools, measuring instruments, and general mechanical operation of industrial equipment, ensuring smooth filling and packaging processes * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to lift weights of approximately 25 kg and to work standing * Ability to move and organize pallets, and willingness to obtain a forklift operator’s license * English language knowledge Interested candidates should send a cover letter and CV to recrutamento@doiscorvos.pt.
