Requirements Qualification to work as a caregiver in Portugal, or clear intention to obtain this certification. Valid driver's license and own vehicle. Flexible availability, Monday to Sunday (within reason). Intermediate level of English and Portuguese (other languages are valued). Professionalism, empathy, and commitment to high-quality care. Contract & Payment Payment weekly or monthly via bank transfer. Opportunity to progress to a full-time employment contract based on performance and team needs.
