Specific: As stipulated in the Staffing Plan Regulation of Tábua Municipality 2026, namely: ? Prepare technical information and opinions regarding construction processes and feasibility; ? Design structural and foundation projects, excavation and peripheral retaining works, internal water and sewage networks, fire-fighting networks, and gas networks; ? Design and analyze road layout, rainwater and domestic wastewater drainage, and water supply projects related to urban land subdivision operations; ? Assess, if necessary, the most suitable terrain and location for construction; ? Perform calculations ensuring structural resistance and stability, considering factors such as: nature of construction materials to be used, water pressure, wind resistance, seismic resistance, and temperature variations; ? Prepare schedules and coordinate operations as works progress; ? Prepare, organize, and supervise maintenance and repair works on existing buildings; ? Supervise and technically manage construction works; ? Conduct technical inspections; ? Collaborate and participate in multidisciplinary teams for designing projects involving technically or economically complex works; ? Design and implement construction plans, establishing cost estimates and budgets, work schedules and specifications, indicating required materials, machinery, and other equipment; ?
