Performance Bonuses and Benefits Job Opportunity: Production Operator (Precast Concrete / Modular Construction) **Grupo Mendes Solution**, a leading company in modular construction and precast concrete, is currently recruiting a **Production Operator** to join its dynamic and rapidly growing team. Main Responsibilities: * **Manufacturing and Molding:** Preparation and concreting of precast concrete elements according to technical drawings. * **Reinforcement Assembly:** Placement and handling of steel reinforcement and formwork. * **Finishing:** Demolding, cleaning, and aesthetic/surface finishing of concrete components. * **Quality Control:** Inspection of produced components and strict compliance with safety standards. * **Maintenance:** Maintenance and cleaning of the workplace and assigned equipment. Required Qualifications: * Prior experience in manufacturing environments, civil construction, or precast concrete industry (preferred). * Ability to work effectively in a team, dynamism, and strong sense of responsibility. * Physical stamina and enthusiasm for hands-on/operational work. * Residence in the area (or ease of commuting to the workplace). * Immediate availability (preferred).
