Job Summary: We are seeking a Tech Lead GenAI to lead a team, define generative AI solution architectures, and ensure end-to-end implementation of solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Work-life balance, beginner’s mind, and community involvement define our identity, foundations, and culture. **What you need to join us:** * 3–4 years of experience in this role **Responsibilities:** * Lead a team of 5 people; * Collaborate with business areas to gather requirements. * Ensure strong technical expertise for defining and implementing architectures. * Define GenAI solution architecture, including data preparation pipelines, LLM models, vectorization/embeddings, RAG, agents, orchestration, and integration with client systems. * Provide technical guidance to the team (AI Scientists/AI Engineers), ensuring engineering best practices, code quality, robustness, security, and observability of solutions. * Translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and solution design. * Lead end-to-end implementation of generative AI solutions: data ingestion and preparation, model development, pipeline creation, testing, automation, CI/CD, and deployment. * Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for development with LLMs, vector databases, agent frameworks, MLOps/LLMOps, and DataOps applied to GenAI. * Conduct technical reviews (architecture, code, PRs, design docs) to ensure consistency and scalability across all projects. * Support technology decisions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector DBs, pipelines, agent frameworks, etc.), ensuring choices align with cost, security, and client strategy. * Ensure security and compliance standards, including log auditing, prompt management, protection of sensitive data, and access policies. * Coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, facilitating workshops, requirements sessions, and executive presentations. * Monitor and optimize solution performance, including costs, latency, response quality, accuracy metrics, and user experience. * Identify technical risks and define mitigation plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to defined standards. * Track GenAI trends and propose technological enhancements and opportunities for continuous improvement.
