Job Summary: We are seeking a Safety Technician to ensure the implementation and compliance of safety regulations, mitigate risks, and coordinate on-site safety during construction projects. In line with this growth strategy, we aim to hire a Safety Technician with the **following requirements**: * Ensure that safety regulations are implemented and complied with by employees, as well as mitigate potential workplace hazards; * Schedule and manage internal safety training programs; * Conduct safety awareness and training sessions; * Coordinate on-site safety during construction projects; * Knowledge of SCIE (Safety Code for Buildings) regulations; * Implementation of building self-protection measures; * Conduct national-level safety inspections and on-site work supervision; * Conduct safety inspections in buildings; * Prepare Risk Assessment Forms and Safety and Health Plans; * Prepare Safety Reports and Risk Assessments; * Investigate workplace accidents and prepare detailed incident reports; * Define required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for each role; * Verify PPE compliance. **What We Are Looking For:** * Qualification in the field (CAP VI); * CAP certification for trainer qualification; * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles; * English: spoken and written; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; **Additionally:** * Strong interpersonal skills; * Resilience and ability to handle tight, simultaneous deadlines; * Critical thinking and willingness to contribute to solutions; * Ability to work autonomously; * High capacity to work toward challenging objectives. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with role and demonstrated experience. * Opportunities for professional growth and development; * Collaborative and motivating work environment; * Additional benefits, including health insurance after 6 months.
