Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to strengthen our team, with experience in administering SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, and migrations. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunities for professional growth We are recruiting a **Senior SharePoint Administrator (m/f)** to reinforce our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of working in a hybrid mode. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred); * Minimum of 5 years’ experience administering SharePoint; * Proven experience with SharePoint Server (2013/2016/2019\), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365; * Experience in SharePoint on-premises to cloud migration projects; * Solid knowledge of SharePoint farm administration, service applications, Search Service, User Profile Service, and Managed Metadata; * Experience configuring authentication methods (NTLM, Kerberos, and Claims-Based Authentication) and managing permissions; * Proficiency in PowerShell, automation, and process optimization; * Experience administering Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and SQL Server within SharePoint environments; * Experience in backup, restore, disaster recovery, and managing critical production environments; * Experience with Microsoft hybrid environments is a plus; * Knowledge of Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD (Entra ID), and migration tools such as ShareGate, Metalogix, AvePoint, or Quest will be valued; * Fluency in English at B2 level or higher (mandatory); * Availability for on-call duty. **What we offer:** * Flexible work arrangements (hybrid); * Regular mentoring plan; * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled technology projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with demonstrated experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday leave and employee referral bonus.
