Job Summary: ADIRA is seeking a Process and Quality Technician to support the continuous improvement of internal processes and the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System. Active participation in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects ADIRA \- Metal Forming Solutions S.A. aims to strengthen its team by integrating a Process and Quality Technician. This role’s primary objective is to support the organization, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the company’s internal processes, while also ensuring support and follow-up for the Quality, Environment, and Safety Management System. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and improve internal processes * Support management of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001\) * Follow up on non-conformities and corrective actions * Support internal and external audits * Coordinate oversight of external Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Environmental entities * Monitor performance indicators and improvement actions * Support documentation and operational organization Requirements: * Higher education degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Quality, Environment, Safety, or related field * Professional experience in an industrial setting is valued * Strong organizational and monitoring skills * Dynamic and pragmatic profile * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Initiative and willingness to learn * Interest in continuous improvement and industrial processes We Offer: * Integration into a leading industrial company * Cross-functional role with direct contact with different company departments * Active participation in continuous improvement and organizational transformation projects * Opportunities for professional growth and development We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our company.
