We are looking for an experienced **Sales Manager** who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long\-term relationships. Your responsibilities * Convert incoming leads into loyal clients and students. * Communicate with clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, email and phone. * Present our premium services and academy programmes. * Guide clients through the booking and enrolment process. * Build lasting relationships with clients and corporate partners. * Maintain a high standard of customer care and follow\-up. We are looking for someone who * Has previous experience in sales or client relationship management. * Speaks **English** and Portuguese **fluently** and Russian is a strong advantage). * Communicates with confidence, warmth and professionalism. * Is highly organised, proactive and results\-driven. * Enjoys working with premium brands and delivering exceptional service.
