Job Summary: We are seeking dynamic and communicative Fitness and Group Class Instructors to support clients in the exercise room, lead classes, and deliver customized training sessions. If you are looking for an opportunity within an active, demanding, and growing environment—where energy, technical expertise, and interpersonal skills make the difference—this role could be your next career step. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support clients in the exercise room, ensuring close and appropriate technical support aligned with their goals; * Lead group classes, promoting a motivating, safe, and engaging experience; * Provide personalized guidance, including individual or small-group training sessions; * Adapt exercises and methodologies to each client’s needs, physical condition, and progress; * Foster close, empathetic, and professional relationships with diverse client profiles; * Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth operation of activities and services; * Contribute to the growth and dynamism of clubs and projects related to the exercise field. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Sports and Well-being, Physical Education, Sports Training, or related fields; * Valid professional license in Portugal or Certificate of Specialist Technician in Physical Exercise, where applicable; * Minimum 3 years’ experience in exercise room supervision, group classes, and personalized training; * Training or experience in Les Mills programs, particularly Body Pump, Body Balance, or other disciplines and/or Pilates Mat and Reformer training (preferred); * Passion for working in health, exercise, and well-being contexts; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse client profiles; * Proactivity, empathy, energy, and results orientation; * Sense of responsibility, commitment, and teamwork. * Ambitious profile with desire for professional growth; If you feel this challenge aligns with you, send us your application.
