Therefore, we continuously seek talents who wish to build a better future with us, joining teams that transform challenges into achievements. #### **Profile** As part of its Growth and Development Strategy for operations, FCM Group aims to strengthen its Production Directorate by integrating a Construction Preparer (M/F): Main responsibilities you will assume: * Analyze projects and clarify doubts related to written and drawn components; * Prepare drawings of project elements required for construction execution, identifying inconsistencies; * Propose alternative solutions to the project that may improve the final profitability of the construction; * Support the preparation of final panels and technical compilation dossiers to be submitted to the client upon project completion. Profile of the candidate we seek: * Relevant technical education; * Proven experience in the construction sector in similar roles; * Proficiency in AutoCAD software; * Experience using MS Project (preferred); * Knowledge of BIM tools (preferred); * English language skills (preferred); * Willingness to travel (preferred); * Strong communication skills and excellent team spirit; * Dynamic and innovative profile grounded in rigor, commitment, and sustainability.
